*A minimum of 10 years of successful Sales Management experience with an engineered products manufacturer
*High level Account Management success in the Automotive marketplace (Tier 1 and/or 2)
*Demonstrated ability leading highly successful sales teams on a National and Global basis
*A commanding presence with outstanding communication skills
*Successful experience developing corporate strategies both short and long term leading to new product and market development
*A minimum of a BS/BA degree with MBA preferred
*Ability to travel 30-50% domestically and globally
