To “win this special spot”, one should possess……
*A minimum of 3-5 years of engineered product sales experience
*Outstanding oral and written communication skills
*A minimum of a BS/BA degree coupled with a very strong technical aptitude. Engineering Degree is a strong plus
*Direct sales experience to the Heavy Equipment, Power Transmission, Pump and Turbine markets is a plus
*Proven ability to manage an Upper Midwest territory
