Winning this job means you should bring…
*A minimum of 5 yrs direct sales exp to OEM’s along with current or previous exp managing a distribution network
*A strong technical aptitude and a very strong desire to be with the best and sell the highest quality products
*Successful negotiation and prospecting skills coupled with the ability to read specs and drawings
*Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
*Industry knowledge in Packaging, Food and Factory Automation is a huge plus!
*A min of a BS/BA degree in Business or Engineering
*Previous professional sales training
