*A minimum of 7-10 years of successful sales experience driving business direct and through distribution
*Ability to influence contractors, engineers and Independent Reps while building strong relationships
*Ability to work from a home office environment utilizing proven territory and time management skills
*Hydronic, plumbing, solar thermal product knowledge would be a strong plus
*A strong technical aptitude coupled with excellent communication skills
*Ability to travel up to 50-60% managing a multi-state region
